Taminmin College’s primary mode of communication for students and families is via Compass, a School Management System. Compass provide students the ability to communicate with their teachers, view schedules and keep track of learning tasks.
Students will receive their NT Schools login credentials with the support of their classroom teacher on their first use of school computer equipment. Importantly, login credentials need to be kept private.

The Compass School Manager App provides mobile functionalities for all users and can be downloaded for IOS (via the App Store) and Android (via the Google Play Store).
Students are encouraged to download the Compass App to their smart phone/tablet device.
- Once logged into Compass students are able to:
- View their timetable and school calendar
- Communicate by email with teachers
- View learning tasks and upload assessments
- View a newsfeed of school announcements, alerts and updates
- Access reports
